Understand FITNESS holistically!

Version or understanding about fitness is different to different people.

For some it means going to gym, while others, it means having protein rich diet. For some its playing sports or going for a run while for some, its keeping few tracked parameters in smartwatches or rings.

While each of this has a truth to its process, none of them describes or helps one understand fitness properly.

And how can one attain proper fitness if the process to achieve it is not undertood and done right.

While the whole measuring approach is very complex for obvious reasons, one can follow a framework that addresses key need of ones body. These broadly include:

  • Proper fooding habits
  • Good sleep
  • Proper environment (pollution free, stress free, etc)
  • Regular exercises and workouts
  • Post workout recovery
  • Meditation

These are very broad areas one should give time to for attaining proper physique and fitness quotient.
